Ambient came out to service my AC unit on7/30. My technician Lee was very nice and professional however he replaced the thermostat and the air is still not working. Ok fine, I work with technology, I understand mistakes happen.

I submitted a request online for the tech to return and Ambient replied relatively quickly. Initially I would have to wait until Friday 8/2 for the tech to come back out. I was not happy about this! Ambient advised they would reach out if they receive a cancellation.

7/31- Ambient reached out by phone to share they could in fact get someone out. This time Bryan came. Bryan, much like Lee was very nice and professional.

He did some additional checks and from the feel of it, problem fixed! Bryan took some time to explain a few things to me which was extremely helpful as I am new to home warranties and home ownership. I really appreciated this!

I also forgot to mention yesterday that Lee took my filters down and helped me to identify the proper size and type to get. This was very helpful!

Initially I gave a low rating because my problem was not fixed and I do feel with just a bit more checking Lee could have actually knocked this out that first time. I do want to commend Ambient for their responsiveness though. Mistakes will most definitely happen but how you respond to a mistake is more meaningful to me.

Ambient you have a new loyal customer.

Ambient Air came out for my heat through my home warranty company. The technician Lackey was knowledgeable, kind and found the issue right away. We had to wait for the part to come in, which is no fault to Ambient Air. Their dispatch team was also able to get us seen sooner than expected so we are heated and comfortable for this cold snap. I’m so grateful to Lackey for his professionalism and efficiency as well as their office staff/dispatch team. Jason is the best. Our AC went out the day we closed on a new house. It was so easy to schedule service and Jason was able to figure out what was wrong quickly. This company was supposed to come out to repair my AC, the repair was for over $2000 and it is not fixed. I contacted them to come back out and look at the ac again and they assured it was fixed. I live in a 1200 sq ft home and I come home everyday to a home that is 77 degrees. I’ve tried to resolve the matter with them to no avail. I do not reccomend!

If you want your HVAC system serviced by a knowledgeable and trustworthy company, you want Ambient Air.  Jason and Lee are both top notch guys and will handle whatever you need in a timely manner.
